Wedding | Schloss Jägersburg

Miguelina & Jeffrey

Miguelina found me on Instagram. She wrote with such warmth and curiosity that I knew before we ever got on a Zoom call that this would be a special one. And it was.

Miguelina and Jeffrey brought two worlds together at Schloss Jägersburg – her family international and vibrant, his equally so – and somehow the day held all of it beautifully. The ceremony was personal and full of emotion. Miguelina was so moved, that she momentarily forgot her vows. One of those genuinely human moments that no amount of planning could have scripted, and one of my favourite things to ever witness as a photographer.

What struck me most about this couple in the lead-up to the wedding was how thoughtfully they approached everything. During our planning, Miguelina shared a line from a Pablo Neruda sonnet that she said captured them as a couple perfectly. That kind of depth showed in the day itself: nothing felt performed, everything felt felt.

The venue, the florals, the elegant details from dress to rings to cake – it all came together into something cinematic and tender at the same time.

Miguelina and Jeffrey, thank you for trusting me with your story. It was a privilege.

„Sarah is an excellent communicator, responsible and trustworthy. Her approach to getting to know her clients is one of the best (and also one of the subtlest) I have experienced: she was flexible with her scheduling, creative in her direction, and very clear as to how she would tell my bridal story in a way that was natural and that did not look staged. Sarah managed this while interacting with multiple languages (I have a big international family). I was so nervous that I forgot my vows, and she helped me remedy that situation within 24 hours. I truly wish the best for Sarah in all endeavors, but especially in her visual storytelling journey as a photographer.”
