Jenny & Felix

Some weddings feel like they were made for a specific season. Jenny and Felix's was made for autumn – for golden light filtering through old trees, for the smell of cool air and fallen leaves, for a day that felt warm and unhurried from the very first hour.

The two of them met at a party exactly five years before tying the knot, went on to share cross-country ski trails and long mountain runs, and sealed their relationship with a proposal in Vienna. So when it came to their wedding, they knew exactly what they wanted: no forced games, no rigid schedule, just the people they love gathered together at one of the most beautiful venues in the region – Schloss Jägersburg.

Getting ready was relaxed and full of laughter, Jenny surrounded by her girls, Felix with the guys, before the two came face to face for their first look. The ceremony that followed was personal and meaningful in the truest sense: the bench the guests sat on had been built by Jenny's father, and the service struck that rare balance of being spiritual without feeling stiff. Jenny was fully present throughout; you could feel how much the moment meant to her.

Afterwards, around 80 guests spilled out for champagne and group photos before cake, coffee, and golden-hour portraits among the autumn leaves Jenny loves so much. The day closed with a long, candlelit dinner in the green room.

What I appreciated most about this couple was their clarity. They didn't want anything posed or performative, just real. Felix's one quiet request: make it genuine, make it once-in-a-lifetime. I think we managed that. Jenny and Felix, thank you for letting me be part of it.
